In 2006 I decided to quit my day job (yes!) and put as much time and energy into music making as possible. After being smashed between a semi-professional music career and a regular job for almost 20 years, it was time to do finally do the right thing and fulfill my dream.
The outcome so far? Two albums, a lot of good reviews, some decent spins on radio as well as live performances on national Swedish TV and radio. Most importantly, starting to do what I really wanted in life made me a much happier man.
This spring starts a new exciting chapter. I've decided that it's time to do it all by myself: writing, arranging, producing and mixing. A great inspiring challenge! Expect to listen to the first drafts somewhere in April/May.
P.S. Don't hesitate to comment or critique my music. I need your input to improve!
Cheers,
Martin
